Elizabeth C. Libero

Elizabeth C. Libero has taught History and Social Studies Education at Utah Tech University since 2020. Research interests include cultural history, the “long” Eighteenth century, Atlantic history, imperialism, and the making and transmission of knowledge. Dr. Libero’s first book project examines the British Royal Navy’s South Atlantic expeditions during the Napoleonic Wars.
